Your membership entitles you to substantial discount savings and special considerations. All of us here at ATM 2000 are dedicated to offering you worry free service and repairs for the interior and exterior of your vehicle.

ATM 2000 works closely with related entities designed to provide complete service for all of your interior and exterior automobile needs. Auto Body Solutions, Inc. (ABS) is engaged in the business of providing instant paint repair for vehicles. ABS uses an incomparable system of paint repair which guarantees a factory match to the vehicle color by using a unique method of mixing paint according to the factory codes. All About Dents, Inc. (AAD) is engaged in the business of providing paintless dent removal, which is different from dent repair typically provided by most auto body shops. AAD uses a special process which restores the dented metal back to its original form without harming the vehicle's factory finish. Auto Interior Solutions, Inc. (AIS) is engaged in the business of providing interior repairs for vehicles, including the repair of cigarette burns and fabric tears. Stripe On Solutions, Inc. (SOS)is engaged in the business of providing custom stripes and graphics for vehicles, including gold plating. SOS guarantees its striping and gold plating against defects for the life of the vehicle.

Membership Qualifications
|
|
|
Upon completion of an information sheet and payment of the membership fee, members will be provided with all of those rights and privileges listed below. The term of membership is one (1) year from the date of purchase of the membership, but membership may be renewed for additional time periods upon the payment of a renewal fee.

|
|
Each member shall be entitled to:
|
|
- One bottle of scratch remover.
- One (1) dent warranty card, good for the repair of three (3) free dents during the first ninety (90) days of membership.
- Dent removal, interior repair, gold plating and paint repair at wholesale prices.
- Future discounts from other participating automotive service providers.
|
|
|
These services are available on any vehicle owned by the member.
|
|
|
|
|
In order to take advantage of the rights and privileges of membership, members must produce proof of membership prior to repair/service of their vehicle. The membership benefits are not valid with any other offer or promotion.
|
|
|
Limitations and Exclusions
|
|
- All services/repairs shall be performed at the dealership from whom the membership was purchased or at the corporate office currently located at 806 E. Main Street, Lincolnton, North Carolina.
- Repairs/services under this agreement exclude damages caused by collisions, wrecks, or any intentional damage. However, members will receive a $250.00 discount for all-over paint jobs for which a member engages the services of ABS
- Dent removal under this agreement excludes very deep, sharp dents as determined by ATM 2000 in its sole discretion.
- Hail and environmental damage is excluded under this agreement, except that members will receive a $250.00 discount off repairs/services due to hail or environmental damage for which a member engages the services of AAD
- Club discounts and prices will be provided to members at the beginning of the membership. Club discounts and prices are guaranteed not to increase during the one-year term of membership. However, prices may change at the beginning of any renewal term.

Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Limitations.
|
|
|
Repairable areas are defined as and limited to, exterior vertical painted sheet metal body panels. PDR is a process that uses specialized hand tools to gently push the dented metal back to its original form. This removes the door dings and minor dents without harming the vehicle's factory finish. Most small dents can be removed. However, collision damage or very deep, sharp dents will most likely require work which would possible be covered under the paint portion of membership. The ABS Franchise Group will use its best efforts but cannot guarantee that the finish will never be damaged using the PDR method. In order to obtain access to certain areas, drilling a small hole may be required. Any drilled holes will be plugged and out of direct view. A certified Dent Technician will examine the damage prior to performing any work and explain what can and cannot be done using PDR.

Members are encouraged to notify ATM 2000 as soon as possible of any change of address or other contact information, so as to avoid missing out on any future bulletins or benefits. Always furnish us with your membership number when doing so. We are constantly updating, improving and adding discounts or special services for our members.
